Social Housing: Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Clarion Housing Group in London is hiring Customer Support Specialist(s) to join Islington or Morden teams in a hybrid role. You will manage multiple customer cases, liaise with internal teams and external agencies, and make confident decisions under pressure.

You will need excellent communication, accuracy, and an ability to interpret housing policies. Training is provided and there is potential for progression; the role requires at least 2 days in the office per week.
