The care and support of clients are adapted to their physical health and individual needs.Tasks and Responsibilities- Accompany and support clients in all daily activities and during group events.- Ensure clients' well-being and promote autonomy by respecting their personal and social needs in an individualized manner.- Propose and organize activities suitable for clients in accordance with their level of autonomy.- Participate in arranging and tidying the clients' rooms according to their living habits while respecting the safety standards of the units.- Accompany and support clients during meals, outings, or their appointments.- Participate in the general daily care of clients, measure and monitor the well-being of clients as well as their family caregivers.- Accompany, lead, and support clients in personal hygiene care if necessary.- Observe and communicate information to nursing team members and/or management, and participate in updating the client's file.- Work closely with colleagues from housekeeping and care.- Participate in the overall care of clients by integrating the family caregiver into the support project.- Contribute to the detection and escalation of social issues during the stay to ensure the reinforcement of home care.Desired Profile- 2 years of experience in the socio-health sector desired.- 2 years of experience in similar roles desired.- Ability to work autonomously and in an interdisciplinary team.- Sense of service and interpersonal skills, quality of listening.- Ability to assess situations and act responsibly.- Stress resistance and physical work capability.- Comfort with regular mobility in the canton, driving license is a plus.Application deadline: As soon as possible.
