Location: Lausanne, with travel throughout the canton. Start date: As soon as possible. What you bring to our mission: As a social work specialist within the establishment and in collaboration with the social reference manager, you ensure compliance with the standards, rules, and procedures of the social work profession within collective housing structures to ensure the maintenance and development of the skills of social workers by providing the necessary follow-up to maintain and develop the quality standards of services. Your key missions: Ensure the supervision of social workers. Support social workers and enrich their professional posture by promoting their autonomy. Participate in defining standards and procedures within the shelters and ensure their implementation while monitoring the proper execution of procedures concerning the services provided to beneficiaries. Represent the profession in working groups and projects. Develop the network with internal and external partners, based on social reference. Your profile: Bachelor's degree in social work or a university degree in social sciences. 4 years of experience in the field of social work. Experience in teamwork.
