Social Care Systems Helpdesk Specialist (12-Month FTC)

Warrington Borough Council is seeking a Helpdesk Support Officer on a 12-month fixed-term basis to provide ongoing support to users of the Social Care Systems. The role includes assisting with system developments to ensure accurate recording in line with statutory and local requirements.

The successful candidate will join the Social Care Records Management, Support & Development Team and contribute to a quality service.
