Duties

• Fulfil the statutory responsibilities of the Person in Charge and ensure HIQA compliance
• Lead, supervise, and support Social Care staff
• Oversee rosters, service delivery, documentation, and Person-Centred Plans
• Support the management of budgets and resources
• Liaise with families and relevant stakeholders
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and person-centred residential environment
• Participate in on-call arrangements and respond to emergencies when required

Requirements

• Minimum Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or a related discipline
• Formal management qualification
• Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience within health or social care
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
• Proven staff management and leadership skills
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call arrangements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
