Social Assistant (%) for the Romandy region of SwitzerlandParkinson Switzerland has been committed for over 40 years to supporting individuals affected by Parkinson's disease and their loved ones. With our services, we strive to improve their quality of life. Parkinson Switzerland has more than members and is active at the national level. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Social Assistant (%) for the Romandy region starting in September or at a mutually agreed date.You will thrive in the following tasks:- Providing advice on social insurance issues, Parkinson's disease at work (IJM, AI, LPP), as well as funding for assistance, care, day structures, and stays in homes (API, PC)- Offering advice and support to relatives and affected individuals: you determine measures that could assist them, including seminars with a consulting dimension for relatives and affected individuals.Your profile:- You have a degree in social work and a CAS or BF in social insurance law.- You competently advise individuals with chronic illnesses and their relatives.- You have solid knowledge of social insurance law and several years of experience.- You enjoy working autonomously within an interdisciplinary team.- You stand out for your strong service orientation and a responsible, autonomous work approach.- You communicate fluently in French and have good oral knowledge of German.We offer:- A responsible, varied, and autonomous role within a pleasant and professional working environment in a committed and motivated team.- Modern working conditions, five weeks of vacation, and good social benefits.Work location: Lausanne.
