The Lausanne Regional Health Network is looking for a Social Assistant 40%. The Lausanne Regional Health Network brings together more than a hundred health institutions and professionals - CHUV, treatment centers and EMS, home care (CMS) and doctors - as well as a hundred contributors to healthcare continuity, particularly through the Regional Office (BRIO). Provide responses to requests for social support from individuals, primarily concerning accommodation in EMS, according to the intervention perimeter.Profile: Degree in social work (HES) or several years of experience in a similar role or with a partner of the Lausanne Regional Health Network. Good knowledge of the Vaud medico-social system and social insurance. Proficiency in standard office software and ease in analytical, synthesis, and reporting work, along with prioritization and management skills.
