SOC Engineer - 6-month Rolling Contract

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, integration, day-to-day management and ongoing enhancement of cyber defence technologies, covering Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender/XDR, ServiceNow security integrations and associated Azure services.
• Develop and maintain secure DevOps and CI/CD processes, including Azure DevOps pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, Terraform, source control, automated testing, deployment governance, security scanning, approval gates, release management and secure software development lifecycle controls.
• Build and support Microsoft Sentinel capabilities, covering telemetry onboarding, detection engineering, automation, reporting, retention management and platform monitoring.
• Streamline and automate operational workflows, approvals, compliance evidence gathering and reporting, while ensuring platform updates comply with security policies, governance standards, testing requirements and audit controls.
