Are you a Small Animal Vet looking to join a supportive team? Would you like to be part of a practice that supports your clinical interests?
We're looking for a confident vet to join us for a fixed term 12-month contract to cover maternity leave, starting May 2026.
About us:
Based just 20 minutes from Cork city, we provide round-the-clock care to both small and large animals. Our new purpose built, state of the art hospital for small animals comes equipped with excellent equipment such as Digital X-ray, Keyhole Surgery and a range of orthopaedic surgical services. We're strong advocates of animal welfare and believe all animals deserve a chance so we're proud to play an active part in supporting local animal charities.
Our team consists of eight dedicated Vets who work closely alongside a fantastic team of nurses and practice support colleagues. We encourage our clinical team to develop their skills and knowledge so that we can continue to provide outstanding care to all patients.
The Role:
- Full or part-time
- Fixed term contract - 12m maternity cover
- No OOH
Salary commensurate with experience
We're seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon, ideally comfortable handling sole charge and skilled in both medical and surgical cases.
