Duration: 6 weeks
Guided Learning hours: 60
Week 1: Monday to Friday 06.30 pm - 09.30 pm
Weeks 2-6: Monday to Thursday 06.30 pm - 09.30 pm
Comprehensive Training: Learn to manage product backlogs, lead squads, and frame projects using Scrum.
Specific Skills Gained:- Agile principles and Scrum ceremonies
- Project documentation and lifecycle management
- Stakeholder communication and team collaboration
- Risk management and problem-solving
