Role: Skilled Labourer (NEED experience in CLADDING / FIXING INSTALLATION

Location: Eltham SE9

Contract type: Temporary (Full time)

Duration: Ongoing

Pay rate: £16.75 per hour.

The role:

• Assist with site clearance, moving materials, cleaning various areas including finished houses for handover and assisting traders where needed.

Job Requirements:

• Previous working experience in a labouring position.
• CSCS Card.
• Strong work ethic in a team.
• Approachable; happy to work as a point of contact when in a standalone position.
• Comfortable lifting and shifting materials throughout the day.
• Conscious of health and safety on site and aware of others working alongside you.
• Arrive on time, finish shift at allocated times by site manager and complete additional duties as required.
