Skilled Labourer & Maintenance Operative Level 2

Norwich City Services Limited (NCSL) is seeking a Skilled Operative Level 2 on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027. The role covers labouring, basic maintenance and waste clearance across Norwich City Council properties, including assisting trades, deliveries and ensuring sites are kept in top condition.

The post is on-site, 37 hours per week, and open to internal applicants only. A full UK driving licence is required; desirable training includes Asbestos Awareness and ladder training.
