Our Kepak Cork site is based in Watergrasshill, Co. Cork - 35 minutes from Cork City and 20 minutes from Fermoy - offering a strong, supportive workplace in a well established facility.

Please note: The factory is situated in a location with limited access to public transport, so reliable private transport is recommended.

Positions Available:

• We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Kepak Cork. • Kepak Cork is recruiting for roles within our Boning Hall Department, where you will play an important part in our production operations.

Working hours:

Boning Hall: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (approximately)

What we need from you

We are seeking skilled knife operatives to join our Boning Hall team. The successful candidates will play a key role in the processing of meat products, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

• Proven knife skills with previous experience working in a boning hall or abattoir environment.
• Strong butchery experience within a fast paced food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Consistently meet production targets and maintain required line speed.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
