We have exciting opportunities for Skilled Butchers to join our team Pilgrim's Europe Spalding site!

Earn up to £800 per week

Competitive guaranteed hourly rate of pay!

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent/Direct
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 06:30 - 16:00 including 2 breaks (42.5 hours guaranteed)
Additional Productivity Bonus!

In You Role You Will

Cut, bone and trim meat (pork)
Remove bones and excess fat, gristle, and bruises to meet specific, high - quality, or lean product requirements
Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet predetermined weight and size specifications
Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications
Ensure work is carried out to the best of your abilities to meet production deadlines
Safely operate machinery, including band saws, circular saws, derinders
Use knives safely and efficiently
Comply with Company policies, Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards at all times, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs.
