Site Supervisor

A well-established Social Housing Contractor seek to appoint a Site Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis, to work on a long standing retrofit contract they have in Manchester.

The company specialise in retrofit/decarbonisation work and work across the North West and Yorkshire regions. The scheme in a solar PV installation scheme.

Your duties will include:

• Managing a team Tradesman and Subcontractors
• Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
• Monitoring health and safety on site
• Snagging of properties
• Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise
• Supervising subcontractors quality of work

The successful candidate must have:

• SMSTS, First Aid
• Ideally a trade background
• A stable and progressive career history
