About the Role As the first point of contact on the pitch, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional presentation of our car park. You will coordinate vehicle placement to ensure all cars are positioned for maximum visibility and accessibility. Each day, you will move pre-selected vehicles to the front of the pitch, helping create a seamless experience for both the sales team and our customers.You will greet customers upon arrival and assist them in finding suitable parking, particularly during busy periods. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual with a hands-on approach and a "no task too big or too small" mindset. Key Responsibilities Manage the flow and organisation of the car park Ensure vehicles are positioned for optimal visibility and presentation Move and prepare pre-selected vehicles for the sales team Greet customers warmly and assist with parking when required Report directly to Senior Management Manage incoming stock movements Oversee new and used vehicle deliveries Maintain exceptional customer care standards at all times Portray a professional image on behalf of the Centre Report customer complaints to your manager promptly Ensure vehicles meet customer expectations prior to handover Undertake valeting duties as required Carry out any additional duties appropriate to the role Key Success Criteria Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive and self-motivated Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Committed to delivering excellent customer relationships and satisfaction Accurate and timely in completing tasks Works collaboratively with all departments across the Centre If you're ready to begin or further your automotive career with a supportive, customer-focused organisation, we encourage you to apply today and become a part of our team and contribute to a proud customer-focused automotive company.
