As Operations Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for a 24/7 automated logistics operation, overseeing people, processes, customer relationships, and business performance. Your mission is to improve productivity, drive profitability, and create an operation that consistently exceeds customer expectations. We're looking for a leader who combines operational excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles and has the determination to turn them into sustainable results.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all operational activities within a highly automated 24/7 logistics facility.
• Take ownership of operational performance, productivity, and financial results.
• Drive efficiency improvements, optimize processes, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop a diverse, multicultural team while building a strong performance culture.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure business continuity, operational stability, and consistent service quality.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience min 5 years' in leadership position in manufacturing operations
• Strong decision-making, communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes
• Native German, Proficiency in English
