Site Manager: Retrofit & ECO Programme Delivery

We Are Zenith is seeking a Site Manager in Sunderland to oversee the mobilisation and delivery of retrofit projects for leading energy suppliers. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, leading site inspections, and managing subcontractors effectively. Ideal candidates must have a Full UK Driving License, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a Retrofit/DEA Qualification. The Site Manager will work closely with the SHEQ Manager and Contract Manager to guarantee project success.
