Site Manager (Industrial Fit Out)

A leading Irish construction specialist delivering high-quality interior and technical solutions across commercial, data centre, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an industrial fit out project based in South Tipperary.

Role & Duties

• Deliver projects in line with Safety First guiding principles
• Ensure site induction training is completed for all personnel under company control
• Develop and implement safe systems of work, including task specific risk assessments
• Manage control of materials, plant, and equipment to minimise loss, waste, and unnecessary costs
• Issue RFIs to the design team as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site daily diaries
• Oversee day-to-day site coordination and construction activities
• Ensure works are installed in line with approved drawings and specifications
• Carry out regular inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements and variations
• Support implementation of environmental management plans
• Maintain site establishment, welfare facilities, and overall site presentation standards

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practice
• High level of awareness of health & safety standards and site safety management
• Understanding of construction contracts and commercial awareness
• Knowledge of procurement processes for subcontractors and materials
• Familiarity with management systems and site documentation
• Previous site/construction management experience in regulated environments (pharma, industrial, data centre, etc. preferred)
• Full clean driver's licence
• Eligible to work in Ireland without a work permit
