My client works delivering both new build and extension on food retail stores. They are looking for experienced Site Managers for some holiday cover. The Site Manager will solely be responsible for the site and must have proven experience of managing full site teams. The project involves a store extension and re fit out of the existing store.

The values of these projects are around 3 million, and will require you to work alone and unaided for the duration of the project. You should have proven Site Management experience, working on projects from inception through to completion, ideally with supermarket retail clients and fast track fit out projects. The role will involve a great deal of client interaction, so previous client facing experience is essential.

Health and Safety

Ensure all health and safety on site is adhered to and must hold the following tickets:

• SMSTS
• CSCS-BLACK
• FIRST AID
