Rate: £280-£310 a day

Role

• Site Manager to oversee a prestigious commercial build in Swansea that is nearing completion, overseeing a façade package.
• Responsible for site health and safety, design and quality of façade install.
• Reporting into a Site based Project Manager
• Working for a top tier main contractor

Individual

• Experience of façade packages working for a main contractor or specialist façade subcontractor on medium to large scale construction projects.
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card
• Must be able to commute to Swansea daily
• Freelance role with an immediate start

Opportunity to work on further projects with the same company after this 1-2 month freelance role comes to an end.
