Job Description

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

We're looking for a dedicatedCleaning Site Managerto join our Scotland & North Cleaning division, overseeing cleaning operations at a large global banking organisation headquarters in central Glasgow.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring high cleaning standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaning Operatives. You'll also act as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.

As Cleaning Site Manager, you'll be:
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery
  • Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with projects, reports, and audits
  • Leading regular contract and specification review meetings with clients
  • Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are followed
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
As Cleaning Site Manager, you'll have:
  • Experience managing cleaning contracts with excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead and work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness, financial management skills, and IT literacy
