Are you an experienced Audio Visual professional looking to take the next step into a site leadership position? We are partnering with a leading technology integration business seeking an AV Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-profile AV installation projects across corporate customer sites in the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity

As AV Site Manager, you will take ownership of on-site delivery, coordinating engineers, managing day-to-day installation activities, and acting as the key point of contact for clients and contractors throughout project execution. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site installation teams.
• Manage project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure installations are completed in line with technical designs and specifications.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and third-party trades.
• Resolve day-to-day site challenges and escalate where necessary.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and site records.
• Support first and second-fix installation activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, RAMS, and industry best practice.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working within the Audio Visual industry.
• Experience leading engineers or managing site-based AV installations.
• Strong understanding of AV installation practices and technical documentation.
• Current CSCS certification.
• SMSTS certification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally when required.
