Site Manager 
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Contract Day Rate - Negotiable
3D Personnel are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of asbestos removal works across four live project locations throughout Birmingham.
Working for a leading UK construction contractor, this is a 10-week contract requiring an organised and proactive Site Manager who can coordinate multiple sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of asbestos removal works across four project locations.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with current legislation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and client representatives.
- Monitor programme, quality and health & safety compliance.
- Produce site reports and maintain clear communication with the wider project team.
- Previous experience managing multiple construction sites.
- Valid SMSTS certificate.
- Asbestos Awareness certificate is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Available to start immediately for a 10-week contract.
