Job Description
Freelance Site Manager - Exeter (10 Week Contract)

Start Date: 18th May End Date: 24th July Project Value: £600K Hours: 7am-5pm (10-hour days)

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a warehouse refurbishment and fit out for a new Padel club in Exeter. This is a fast paced, hands on role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record managing similar projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day site operations and ensure smooth project delivery

  • Coordinate subcontractors and oversee all on site activities

  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

  • Ensure project milestones are met within programme and budget

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders

Requirements

  • SMSTS certification

  • First Aid qualification

  • Previous experience managing refurbishment/fit out projects

  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
