• £45 per hour (Weekends) inc holiday pay
• £60 per day lodge allowance (for each day worked)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations on a busy construction project for a 10-12 week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable professional to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Resolve any on-site issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• Valid Black CSCS Card (essential)
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines effectively
