Job Description

You'll be working for a major client in the Andover area, known for providing opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you'll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Site Manager.

I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor or Site Foreman in a similar trade -related role.

As a Site Manager, you will be:
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of Internal and external works
  • Managing a team of 2 operatives and 3 sub-contractors
  • Oversee the site to ensure the client/customer satisfaction rate is met
  • Manage your own diary and schedule.
  • Sign off completed work to high-quality standards.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed-if not, follow up to ensure compliance.
I'd love to speak to Site Manager who has:
  • Experience in social housing or domestic
  • Experience in planned works
  • SMSTS
  • Clean driving license
  • Clean DBS check
This role is offering the following benefits
  • Transport and fuel will be arranged
  • Mon-Fri (8-5pm/ 40hours)
  • Temporary - 1 months with the chance of getting extended
  • Andover (office/ site based)

This Site Manager role is offering an hourly rate of £21 per hour.
