Job Description

Job title: Site Manager

Sector: Construction

Thorn Baker are working with a specialist housing contractor who are looking for a Site Manager for long term work in West Bromwich starting immediately. This job will be overseeing refurbishment works to social housing units.

we are unable to pay CIS for this position, it will be paid via umbrella

What we are looking for:

  • SMSTS, CSCS - Black card, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
  • Housing experience
  • Must have scaffold inspection certification
