Site Manager

Salary: £180 - £220 per day
Location: Ebbsfleet
Region: Kent

We are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager for a large residential developer. The position will last for 3-4 weeks and will be reporting into the Senior Site Manager on-site, working as a number 2, walking around and monitoring the sub-contractors.

The project is a 150-unit development consisting of 3-5 houses in a high-volume environment, and there are numerous other projects in the area that you can potentially move over to if all works between both parties.

You should have experience of working for developers and hold the relevant CSCS Card and SMSTS, as well as references.
