Summary:

An experienced Site Manager is required immediately for a re-cladding project on apartment blocks in Moseley, Birmingham. The role is expected to last approximately 5 to 6 weeks, starting Wednesday 13th August. The successful candidate will oversee all site activities, ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. This position involves managing subcontractors, coordinating site operations, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role is paid at £300 per day via an umbrella company (no CIS). Candidates must hold valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
