This position is for a developing house builder specializing in timber frame homes built to an exceptional standard.

Job description: We are seeking a talented Site Manager to join our team. As the Site Manager, you will oversee the progression of the site and ensure the project is completed successfully. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations
• Possess extensive knowledge of the timber frame construction process
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
