Job Description

Site Manager Home " Construction " Site Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Location: Islington
Region: London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work with a main contractor on a regeneration project in Islington. The project involves mainly new build houses as well as complete refurbishment and fit out of existing blocks. The project is £130m in size and is currently on phase 3 of 7.

Duties include:

  • Ensuring health and safety is adhered to
  • Making sure the project is running on time and to budget
  • Ensuring subcontractors are booked in to carry out their contract on time
  • Checking the quality of work that is carried out is in line with the company's standards
  • Checking all RAMS before work commences onsite
  • Making sure the relevant areas are free for deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Black or Platinum CSCS Card
  • Experience of working for a main contractor
