Site Manager - Live Tenanted Projects (8 Week Contract)

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an 8-week contract based in Tyne & Wear. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality work while maintaining safety and communication.

Your role involves coordinating trades, interpreting drawings, and overseeing various construction activities. Required qualifications include SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, and a CSCS Black Card.

The pay rate is £260 per day, starting on Monday, 15th June.
