Site Manager - Housing Projects H&S & Team Lead

Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced Site Manager for construction projects in Colwyn Bay. You will oversee housing schemes, ensuring trades and subcontractors deliver on time and to high standards, with a strong emphasis on health and safety onsite.

The role requires proven site management, leadership of a team, and familiarity with CSCS, First Aid, and either SMSTS or SSSTS. You will report to the site supervisor and coordinate materials, snagging, and site meetings.
