Trust Education is looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Maintenance Operative to join their small, friendly team for the Autumn Term.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming school environment.

You will be responsible for a range of general maintenance and site duties, including:

• Minor repairs and general maintenance
• Basic plumbing
• Carpentry
• Painting and decorating
• Fire safety checks and duties
• Litter picking and keeping the school grounds tidy
• Supporting the wider site team with day-to-day tasks
• Working effectively as part of a small team
• Helping to ensure the school site remains safe, secure and well maintained

All mandatory training will be provided, including any training required for fire safety responsibilities.
