Site Logistics Operations Specialist Responsibilities Own end-to-end logistics operations at the assigned Data Centre, ensuring all activities meet IBOS 4S standards (Safety, Security, SOX Compliance, Stakeholders) - proactively identifying systemic risks before they surface Develop and drive the operational strategy for site logistics - moving beyond task execution to define the "what" and "why," not just the "how." Lead without direct authority: plan, coordinate, and hold third-party logistics provider leads accountable for performance across inventory accuracy, inventory movement and distribution, server rack movements, shipping/receiving, and emerging requirements Author and champion org-wide process standards - develop, refine, and maintain documentation that captures effective and scalable logistics processes and policies; drive adoption across multiple sites, not just your own
