Capex Recruitment are partnering with one of Ireland's leading main contractors to recruit Site Engineers at both Intermediate and Senior levels for a number of large-scale commercial and residential projects across Dublin.

This contractor has an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-profile developments across Ireland and internationally, with a strong track record in commercial, residential, healthcare, education and pharmaceutical construction. Known for their focus on innovation, sustainability and quality delivery, they continue to secure some of the country's most prestigious building projects.

The Role

Successful candidates will join established site teams working on major construction projects, supporting delivery from early stages through to completion while ensuring the highest standards of engineering, safety and quality are maintained.

Key responsibilities will include

• Carrying out setting out and surveying duties across live construction projects
• Coordinating subcontractors and supporting day to day site activities
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme targets
• Assisting with quality inspections, QA documentation and reporting
• Supporting project planning and sequencing of works on site
• Liaising with design teams, consultants and site management to resolve technical issues
• Monitoring health & safety compliance across work areas
• Maintaining accurate engineering records and progress updates

Candidate Profile

The client is open to both intermediate and senior-level candidates with experience in large-scale building projects.

• Experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer within construction
• Background in commercial, residential or mixed-use developments
• Strong setting out and technical engineering capability
• Ability to work within fast-paced project environments
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction
• Full clean driving licence
