The Opportunity

We're working with a well established Irish contractor who are delivering a major redevelopment project in Co. Clare. This role offers the chance to take the lead on a high profile site where quality, coordination and attention to detail are essential. You'll be joining a supportive senior team and will have full ownership of day to day site delivery on a complex, high spec project.

The Role
  • Lead and oversee all on site activity, ensuring smooth day to day operations and maintaining momentum against programme.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, manage quality checks and maintain clear communication with senior management and client representatives.
  • Plan ahead to avoid delays, identify risks early and keep the project aligned with timelines and budget expectations.
The Person
  • 10+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on building projects.
  • Background delivering complex or high spec builds; heritage project experience a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem solving ability.
The Rewards
  • €55,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.
