We're working with a well established Irish contractor who are delivering a major redevelopment project in Co. Clare. This role offers the chance to take the lead on a high profile site where quality, coordination and attention to detail are essential. You'll be joining a supportive senior team and will have full ownership of day to day site delivery on a complex, high spec project.

• A standout conservation/heritage build, ideal for someone who enjoys technically interesting projects.
• Full responsibility for site operations, subcontractor management and programme delivery.
• A long term permanent role within a contractor known for delivering high quality work.

• Lead and oversee all on site activity, ensuring smooth day to day operations and maintaining momentum against programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage quality checks and maintain clear communication with senior management and client representatives.
• Plan ahead to avoid delays, identify risks early and keep the project aligned with timelines and budget expectations.

• 10+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on building projects.
• Background delivering complex or high spec builds; heritage project experience a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem solving ability.

• €55,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.
• Permanent role with a respected contractor.
