Site Customer Care Specialist

London Square is seeking an experienced Customer Care Operative to join our team. The role involves visiting sites to rectify defects, maintain complaints records and support ongoing customer relationships during and after the 24 month defects liability period.

Travel to various sites is required and a vehicle is provided. You will need empathy, clear communication, and the ability to prioritise tasks, with driving licence and CSCS/NVQ credentials advantageous.
