Site & Pre-Construction Survey Lead

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Pre-Construction Survey Manager for projects in Bristol. The role coordinates pre-construction survey & investigation activities across multiple schemes and supports Outline Design for Design & Build delivery.

You will supervise specialist subcontractors, ensure survey outputs meet RAMS and client requirements, and liaise between site, client, and design teams. The position is a 6-month contract at £450 per day Inside IR35.
