Hourly Rate: £20.00

Contract Length: 6 months

Role Overview:

As the Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the administrative functions of our site. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of site documentation and reports.
  • Support the Site Manager and other team members by providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Maintain an organised filing system, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Coordinate site visits, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and team members, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new site personnel, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on site.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role, preferably within a site or construction environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
