Job Title: Sign Operative

Location: Redditch, B98 7AS

Contract: Temporary - 2-month contract until 12th September 2026 (with the possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)

Overtime: £18.15 per hour (applicable on Saturdays and for hours worked over 40 hours per week)

Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:45 (Flexibility required)

Working as part of a busy production team, you'll gain hands on experience across the entire production process-from receiving job requests and producing signage to preparing materials for delivery to event sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands on work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and preparation of event signage.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely.
• Prepare, organise and package signage for dispatch.
• Support the delivery and organisation of signage for events.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and health & safety.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Own transport is essential due to limited public transport to the site.
• Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Redditch (B98 7AS).
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable with manual handling.
• Flexible to work overtime when required.

Additional Information

• This is a temporary 2-month contract running until 12th September 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements.
• Overtime is available and paid at £18.15 per hour.
• Interviews are being held onsite and in person.
