Signalling Engineer

Context :

IKOS is constantly seeking Signaling Railway Engineers keen to take part in our missions throughout Portugal. If you are a specialist or a generalist, expert or junior Signaling engineer we are looking for various types of skilled new team members.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain rail signalling systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve signalling system issues
• Participate in testing and commissioning activities.

We'd love you to apply if:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory)
• Proven experience in rail signalling engineering
• Familiarity with ETCS (European Train Control System) and CBTC (Communication-Based Train Control) systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Portuguese and English speaking is mandatory.
