Showroom Manager

KBB Recruitment are proud to represent a well established merchant business based in Berkshire who are looking for a Bathroom Showroom Manager.

As the Showroom Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the showroom's day-to-day operations while strategically focusing on driving profitability and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining showroom standards on day to day basis
• Producing designs and quotations for both trade and retail clients
• Liaising with area sales representatives
• Winning sales from quotations
• Managing sales order processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a showroom leadership role, preferably within the Merchant industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive profitability
