A full time role: Fridays, Mondays and weekends essential.

Jadlam Toys & Models are looking for an experienced retail professional to join our shop and support our team. This hands on role is all about keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and giving every customer a great experience.

We want someone reliable, approachable, and team focused. You'll be central to the day to day running of the shop and have the chance to make a real impact on how things operate.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the team on the shop floor and helping everyone perform at their best
• Driving sales and helping the store hit its targets
• Keeping the shop tidy, well stocked, and welcoming
• Maintaining high standards in customer service, security, and store procedures
• Working with the online team to connect in store and online sales
• Spotting opportunities to make the shop run more efficiently

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in retail management or a supervisory role
• A supportive, reliable team player
• Good commercial awareness and confidence to act on insights
• Calm, organised, and detail focused
• An interest in toys, models, or hobbies is a bonus but not essential
• Career minded and eager to grow within the business
