Shop Manager - Lead Charity Retail Team (Hybrid)

British Red Cross in Canterbury is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our friendly charity shop. You'll manage a team, drive day to day shop operations, and ensure excellent customer experience while promoting the charity's mission.

The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, based in Canterbury, with a focus on achieving financial targets and staff/volunteer development. Salary is £25,948 per annum.
