Shop Manager - 49 The Parade, Exmouth, EX8 1RD

12 Month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover)

Full time - 35 hours per week, working 5 days Monday to Sunday including bank holidays

Rate of pay - £13.69 per hour

We are seeking a talented shop manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of the Hospiscare shop in Exmouth. As the shop manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging environment for customers and team members alike.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability, supporting team members through the provision of coaching and development, and maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.

You will have proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, alongside strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
