Shop Floor Health & Safety Champion (Hybrid)

Altro Ltd. is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor for our manufacturing site in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.

The role focuses on supporting the Zero Harm strategy, providing practical guidance to managers and staff, and promoting a strong safety culture on the shop floor. You will lead audits, risk assessments and investigations, develop safe systems of work and deliver training, while liaising with auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with UK legislation.
