Shop Assistant - Exeter

Salary: £24,479 per annum (£13.45 per hour).

Hours: 14 per week (2 days per week).

Contract: Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the shop manager to run a lucrative, customer focussed shop that is the 'window of the British Red Cross' on the high street.
• Help to create a brilliant shopping environment and provide an excellent customer experience in store.
• Operate the till and create striking displays as the first point of contact for customers.
• Sort stock and prepare items for display behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a retail environment and confidence handling money.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Commercially savvy mindset with a grasp of hitting sales targets.
• Ability to anticipate and delight customers with service provided.
