Location: Knutsford, Cheshire

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Hours: No fixed hours (as and when required)

Contract: Casual

We are looking for a dynamic Shop Assistant to join our friendly team. This opportunity will help you develop retail skills while making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist the shop manager to run a lucrative, customer focused shop that serves as the 'window of the British Red Cross' on the high street.
• Create a brilliant shopping environment and provide an excellent customer experience in store.
• Operate the till, greet customers, and create striking displays on the shop floor.
• Sort stock and prepare items for display behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment and confidence with handling money.
• Strong communicator who provides excellent customer service and enjoys meeting a variety of people.
• Commercially savvy mindset with a grasp of hitting targets.
• Ability to appreciate and anticipate each customer's needs and delight them with the service provided.
